And many of room television not operational, and seriously staff management, not help you in any of this issues, search for another place for your Security and comfort."

"This Townhouse Don’t even exist. I booked and reached to destination and there was nothing. Upon calling the hotel reception said their hotel is in h-57 sector 51 which turned out to be oyo 14015 diamond stays which was half the price of townhouse. They alloted a staff room to me upon opening cabinet there was staff tiffin dress and whatnot. Then they changed to another room with hole on wall on ac side room was not cooling and washroom was pond. I told oyo customer care about it and no resolution. There is no complimentary breakfast. Had to fight to get it for one day. They served tea feels like surf excel in it I had to drain the whole thing. Big rats everywhere. They don’t clean rooms even after request. No covid hygiene. This was nightmare experience"
